This is a combination of three individually studied research peptides: BPC-157 and TB-500 (see their own research-based tissue-repair literature) alongside GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide studied for skin remodeling, collagen-related gene expression, and antioxidant activity.
Each component has its own separate research base rather than this three-peptide combination itself being independently studied. GHK-Cu produced a 28% increase in subdermal echogenic density (a collagen/elastin proxy) in a 3-month clinical study, though a separate randomized trial found no significant difference in appearance measures when added to a post-laser-resurfacing regimen. No published study has evaluated BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu combined in a single preparation.
